Unconscious Mind (Spanish)

Unconscious Mind is a game that combines worker placement, building engines, action programming, and round-robin selection. The goal is to master therapeutic techniques, establish a practice, and grow your clientele, to become Freud's most distinguished contemporary.

In the early 20th century, Austrian neurologist Sigmund Freud established a revolutionary theory called psychoanalysis, related to the study of the unconscious mind. As his work took hold, several followers were invited to meet at Freud's apartment every Wednesday afternoon to discuss various ideas about psychology and the meanings of dreams. This group was called the Wednesday Psychological Society. It marked the beginning of the worldwide psychoanalytic movement.

Players, as members of that society, must master therapeutic techniques, apply them to patients, delving into their dreams (their unconscious minds), to help them achieve catharsis and recovery. On top of that, players will be able to document their discoveries by publishing treatises (which can then be cited by other researchers) to improve their academic reputation. To best do this, they will need to share insights, discuss ideas with their peers, and publish theories. And to stay invigorated, you’ll likely need some coffee—lots of coffee.
