The 20s are a time without rest. The ashes of the first Great War still darken the snow. The city-state known simply as "The Factory", which fueled the war with heavily armored mechs, has closed its doors, attracting the attention of several nearby countries.
Scythe is an alternate history board game set in the 1920s. It's a period of ranching and war, broken hearts and rusty gears, innovation and courage. In Scythe, each player represents a fallen leader trying to restore his honor and lead his faction to power in Eastern Europe. Players conquer territories, enlist new recruits, gather resources, aquire villagers, build structures, and activate monstrous mechs.
Scythe grants players near complete control over their own destiny. In addition to the secret objectives of each player, it has a continuous action selection mechanism (without rounds or phases) to keep the game in continuous movement, reducing the waiting time between turns, leaving the way free to concentrate on strategies to dominate over your rivals.
